不說不好的話

民間有句俚語：「心好嘸人知，嘴壞通人知」。

意思是心地好的人，別人不一定看得見，然而口出惡言的人，

人人都會嗤之以鼻，所以修口是非常重要的。

即使我們做了很多好事，積了好多功德，若不懂得修口，造了口業，功過相抵，最後甚麼也沒有，給人的印象也不好，怎能稱得上是好人呢。談修口首先得做到不說不好的話、不搬弄是非、不傳不實的小道消息，說出來的話得考慮到不傷害別人。

生活中，有時候會遇到很刁蠻的人，我們稱他為「傲客」。

遇到這種「傲客」，你最好別和他一般見識。

我們講涵養、講忍，和他訴諸理，不動心、不動氣，

最後那位「傲客」一定拿你沒辦法，知難而退。

話說有一個父親帶著兒子去搭乘火車，在車廂裡，卻因為一件小事遭到驗票人員的羞辱，這位父親並沒有生氣，反而對他和顏悅色。下車後，兒子不解的問父親：「那個驗票員對你態度那麼惡劣，你為什麼要這麼客氣對他？」

父親對兒子說：「我若是跟他惡言相向，問題還是沒辦法解決，而且會越演越烈。我不動氣，他就得收回脾氣。更何況，他能忍受自己這種壞脾氣這麼久，我又如何不能忍受他一時的羞辱呢？」

一般人以為：你對我不好，我也對你不客氣。也許你會認為是某人態度不好，才是你發火的原因。

可是，反過來說，是不是我們自己涵養不好，容易動心、動氣，才會招來敵對呢。

說話和一個人的涵養有密切的關係。在不同的情境、場合、地點，該如何把話說好，減少磨擦，增進人際間的和諧，這需要我們一點一滴的去累積經驗，不說不好的話是修口的必要條件。

多灑香水，少潑冷水！

多學凱蒂貓，不要有多言惹禍的嘴巴；
每天要對至少三個人，說讚美、鼓勵的話。

有一日本人說，他曾在公車上看到真實的一幕── 一老先生，上了一輛公車；公車上並沒有空位，一年輕人見狀，就起身讓位給老先生，並善意地說：「請坐！」可是，那位老先生竟斷然拒絕，而且對年輕人說：「不用了，我有那麼老嗎？你別瞧不起我！」

老先生堅持不願坐下，讓位的年輕人也一臉尷尬、沮喪，一直站著；而周圍的人，也頗不諒解這老人，嘀咕他為什麼要嚴拒別人對他的善意？

其實，「人生就是善意的借貸」，當我們稱讚對方、或幫助對方，而對方也高興地接受，則這「借貸」就促使雙方感情更加融洽。假若，我們用情緒性的字眼批評別人、或嚴厲拒絕他人好意，則這「借貸」，就會變成「坑人、要命的高利貸」，也會使雙方關係惡化、破裂！

所以，有時候我們會情緒失控，而用「情緒性字眼」來責備別人；可是，情緒性的用詞，往往具有極大的「殺傷力」，使別人被貼上「負面標籤」，而生氣、憤怒不已！

就語意學角度而言，「敗家子」、「花痴」、「無恥」，都不是「說明性含義」的中性字眼，而是「影響性含義」極強的負面怒詞。這些怒詞，夾雜著個人內心中的「憤怒情緒」，也是極負面的「價值判斷」，而把別人的人格，貶得一文不值！

其實，情緒性的字眼，我們常會不自覺地脫口而出；例如，「你是豬啊」、「笨蛋」、「卑鄙無恥」、「你變態」、「你丟不丟臉啊」、「你真是白癡耶」、「沒家教」！也有些氣急敗壞的父母對子女說：「不孝子，真希望當初沒生你！」、「你去死啦，我沒有你這種孩子！」

也有弟弟對姊姊說：「拜託，妳真是笨手笨腳耶，煮這什麼菜嘛？誰娶了妳，誰就倒楣！」也有男友對女友說：「妳燙這什麼頭髮？怎麼像被火燒到一樣，有夠醜的！」唉！這些話
真是刺傷人啊！

溝通小箴言

有些人決心學習幽默，所以告訴自己──「今天出門，我一定要心情開朗地講三個笑話給別人聽，絕不能講話帶刺！」

相同地，我們每天要出門時，也可以對自己說──「今天，我一定要學凱蒂貓，不要有多言惹禍的嘴巴；我一定要對三個人說讚美、鼓勵的好話！」

讚美與鼓勵，是一劑良藥，能使人改過自新、一心向善。

因為，人性中最根深蒂固的本性，就是渴望「被讚美」啊！

只要「多灑香水、少潑冷水、少吐苦水」、「多給對方關懷、支持」，就一定會結交到更多的好朋友！

北歐魅力

這兩天看了“北歐魅力”這本書，
作者黃世嘉在大學畢業後，因為工作的關係搬到北歐居住，
那裡的生活和體驗為他的人生開了另外一扇門。
不同的思考方式，不同的教育理念，不同的人情事故，
拿來和台灣比較，
真的有很多我們該自我檢視和重新思考的地方。

我一向對於旅遊和設計的書籍很有興趣，
這本書可以說是兩者的結合，
而且還更進一步地介紹了北歐人的邏輯，北歐人的創意，北歐人的幽默感，
讓我們了解生活其實可以有很多不同角度和層面。

只待在同一個地方，生活難免只有一個價值觀，
見怪不怪以為這樣就是“正常”，
其實很多事情仔細想起來都是不合理的。
作者輕鬆地帶出一些生活裡值得思考的問題，
我覺得很有意思，也開始對北歐充滿嚮往，
希望有一天也能造訪這些簡單卻有想法的國度。

來Chili's餐廳，做自己的法士達

昨天下午跟朋友去了Chili’s餐廳，發現店裡剛推出一個新的活動就是「量身訂作的法士達」，相當有趣，有1000種排列組合ㄟ，看來要吃很多次才能全吃光啦！

我們剛在位子坐定，服務生就送上這個點單，一共有四大項，第一項是選是選肉的種類，有醃製牛肉、醃製雞肉、香蒜萊姆鮮蝦（鮮蝦有12尾所以要加70元）；然後第二項是要選擇調味辣椒，有香炒青紅椒、香烤獨家特製青椒香炒青紅椒、香烤獨家特製青椒兩種；再來第三項是選配料，有碎傑克起司、藍乳酪起司塊、調味鮮香菇、墨西哥辣椒片、蕃茄丁、煙燻培根、三色玉米條（配料七選二）；最後第四項是選擇醬汁從獨家沙沙醬、燻辣蜂蜜醬、安可BBQ醬(限量供應)、大蒜胡荽葉醬汁、墨西哥辣椒鄉村醬等五種當中選一種。

於是我們開始認真的選擇我的法士達囉！之前牛肉跟雞肉的都吃過，所以這次就選了鮮蝦的。而調味椒的部分我跟朋友都一致覺得香烤獨家特製青椒比較有特色啦！配料上我想試試看藍乳酪起司塊跟海鮮的是否對味，所以就選了它。另一款配料則讓我在調味鮮香菇跟煙燻培根上猶豫了好一會兒，因為煙燻培根在口味上會增加一個味道，而鮮香菇在口感上會比較棒，菌類也對身體比較好，所以最後鮮香菇就出線囉！醬汁直接選了海鮮適合的沙沙醬。交了點單我開始期待我自己的特製法士達囉！

就在我們聊天的片刻，服務生帶著愉悅的笑容和我的法士達走過來，首先聞到藍起司濃郁的香味，然後一盤美麗的鮮蝦法士達就擺在我的面前啦！附上的還有起司末、蕃茄丁及酸奶跟酪梨醬不但顏色鮮豔也好吃。我拿出餅皮先放上三隻鮮蝦，我不愛青椒但也得嚐嚐，所以放兩條囉！再加上洋蔥以及鮮香菇，在放上酪梨醬、起司末、跟蕃茄丁等配料，然後小心的捲好，私の法士達就完成囉！

蝦子新鮮美味，吃起來有緊繃的嚼勁，彷彿咬下去會噴出湯汁的感覺，吃到鮮香菇果然讓口感更充實，看我吃的多滿足啊，因為都是自己喜歡吃的材料，所以我都愛吃啦！下回來我已經想好了要選雞肉搭配煙燻培根做為基底，至於其他的組合，就看當天的心情來決定囉！

對了這個活動是從7/15~開始/9/15結束喔！點這個餐當場就送了一個Chili’s的辣椒紋身貼紙一張；若是留下名片參加抽獎，就有機會得到Macaroni美式義大利餐廳的開胃菜一份喔！
